Low-Income Senior Housing Apartments Christopher Homes specializes in low-income senior housing apartments for individuals aged 62 years or older, as well as persons with mobility impairments. Government Subsidized Rates We proudly offer subsidized government low-income rates, ensuring our residents can access quality housing at a fraction of the cost. Tenants will only need to contribute 30 percent of their adjusted income towards rent and utilities, providing financial relief for elderly individuals. Efficiency and One-Bedroom Units At Christopher Homes, we offer a range of floor plans to accommodate the diverse needs of our residents. Our units include both efficiency and one-bedroom apartments, providing comfortable living spaces to eligible individuals.
