Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties make up our rental units, ensuring that rents are based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. At least 20% of our apartments are dedicated to offering these reduced rates for low-income tenants.
