Affordable Living Summer Place is proud to offer Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. Rent prices are determined by the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. To cater to the needs of low-income tenants, at least 20% of the apartments offer reduced rates.
