These apartments have rents determined by the Area Medium Income (AMI) as well as tenant-based utility allowances. It is required that at least 20% of these apartments offer reduced rates for low-income tenants. Important Information 1. Apartment Rates: For many listings, we provide current apartment rates. However, please note that most HUD listings do not have published rates.
