Arc Village: A Community for Inclusion Introducing Arc Village, an affordable and independent-living neighborhood designed to foster community inclusion for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a total of 122 apartments, including 68 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom units, our community aims to provide comfortable and accessible living spaces for all residents. Emphasizing inclusivity, our Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties ensure that at least 20% of our apartments offer affordable rates for low-income tenants. The rents are determined by the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. This commitment to affordability enables individuals of diverse economic backgrounds to thrive within our community. Arc Village boasts a wealth of amenities, designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Our community center serves as a hub of activity, featuring a spacious great room, as well as game and fitness rooms for recreational purposes. Additionally, residents can enjoy our theater, activity and meeting rooms, computer lab, and dining hall. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the community center and pool area, ensuring that residents can stay connected and engaged. Due to high demand, we encourage potential residents to join our waiting lists. While some lists may be extensive and may take years to be called for openings, we recommend trying to get on as many waiting lists as possible. Contacting the apartments directly is key to staying informed about availability or open waiting lists, so please make use of the provided phone numbers and websites. Please note that our apartment rates vary and are based on 30% of the renters' adjustable gross income. While we provide current apartment rates on many listing pages, most HUD listings do not have published rates. We strongly advise reaching out to the apartments for an accurate assessment of your eligibility for income-based rent. At Arc Village, we strive to create a vibrant and inclusive community for all adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join us on this journey to maximize community inclusion and provide affordable housing options for those in need.
