Carrfour: Empowering the Formerly Homeless Towards Self-Sufficiency Carrfour, an esteemed non-profit organization, was established back in 1993 by the Homeless Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Its significant purpose is to offer long-term shelter and supportive services to maximize the self-sufficiency of those who were previously homeless, not only within Miami-Dade County but also in other cities across the state of Florida. This is made possible through collaborative efforts with multiple non-profit organizations.
