Affordable Housing Development and Management in the Southeast HousingResourceCenter (HRC): A Non-Profit Organization in Atlanta Established in 1994, the HousingResourceCenter (HRC) is a non-profit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our primary focus is on developing, owning, and managing affordable housing in the Southeast region.
