Our primary focus is on developing, owning, and managing affordable housing in the Southeast region. With a mission to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing for very-low and low-income individuals, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, HRC also serves as a technical assistance provider to other non-profit organizations and public agencies. Our dedicated staff members have received formal training in HUD Occupancy and have participated in various sessions offered by SAHMA (Southern Affordable Housing Management Association) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). They possess extensive knowledge on budgeting, marketing, compliance, and fair housing issues. Experienced and Accredited Team At HRC, we pride ourselves on having an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) on staff, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high standards in residential property management. Furthermore, our team is well-versed in utilizing industry-specific software programs necessary for efficient operations.
