We aim to assist three specific groups of people: 1. Those who have experienced homelessness, whether it be chronic or situational. 2. Individuals who are currently at risk of homelessness due to a history of multiple challenges, such as extremely low income, lack of support network, chronic illness, disabilities, or other special needs. 3. Vulnerable individuals solely burdened by extremely low incomes, even if they do have a support network and no other significant risk factors. Once identified, our team formulates a comprehensive plan that involves purchasing the property, undertaking a complete refurbishment, and transforming it into housing units designed to accommodate those who are most desperately in need of stable shelter.
