Age Requirement and Tenant Selection Criteria To be eligible for residency at Catholic Presbyterian Apartments, applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet our Tenant Selection Criteria. Income and Rent Limitations There is an income limitation for residents at our facility. The maximum annual income allowed is $23,250 for individuals and $26,600 for couples. Rent is based on 30% of the applicant's adjusted monthly income and includes all utilities. Moreover, certain medical expenses may qualify to reduce a resident's rent. Available Units Efficiency Units are usually available after a short wait list period, while One Bedroom Units are currently on a waiting list status. Ownership and Management Catholic Presbyterian Apartments is a comprehensive retirement facility owned and operated by 655 North Street Limited Partnership. While our name may suggest a connection to the Catholic Diocese or First Presbyterian Church, the only association between the two churches is through the non-profit management company, Catholic Presbyterian Apartments, Incorporated. The facility has no ownership or managerial duties related to either church.
