Empowering the Underserved: Freedom's Commitment in the Heart of the South Bronx Serving the Community's Most Vulnerable: Within the dynamic South Bronx community, Freedom's mission is to stand by those who have been traditionally overlooked and marginalized. By serving the elderly, youth at risk, individuals struggling with substance abuse, victims of domestic violence, and people living with HIV/AIDS, Freedom seeks to bring about lasting social change in their lives. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide support, resources, and a network of individuals who will be their strength until they are strong. Supporting Families on the Journey: In our commitment to creating a better future, Freedom also offers essential support to families as they transition from homeless shelters to permanent homes. Recognizing the challenges they face, we actively organize tenant associations, helping families settle into their new environments and fostering a sense of belonging within their communities.
