Permanent and Supportive Housing Programs - Nazareth Housing's highly trained staff provide support to low-income, elderly, and disabled residents of 40 apartments managed by Nazareth Housing in buildings throughout the Lower East Side and the Bronx. - Programs include case management, advocacy, document translation, assistance with urgent needs, support with repairs and apartment maintenance, financial literacy programs, and youth programming. 2. Permanent and Supportive Housing Buildings - Marion Agnes House: Opened in January of 2006, this building offers thirteen permanent apartments for low-income households and two units of transitional shelter housing. It was formerly a closed parochial school. - Park Avenue Thorpe: Originally managed by Thorpe Family Residence, this building's 20 supportive housing units became part of Nazareth Housing's resources to aid low-income families in attaining affordable housing. 3. Partnerships for Safe and Secure Housing - Partnerships with HDFC and Homesteaded Buildings: Nazareth Housing is pleased to partner with HDFC and homesteaders to help maintain safe, secure housing and promote the stability of buildings and neighborhoods. - Supportive services can be provided to buildings and individual stakeholders through linkage and partnership agreements.
