Steps to Apply for Affordable Housing with OTRCH Office Hours and Special Accommodations - Rental applications accepted Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Inform us immediately if you require special assistance or accommodations - No application fee charged by OTRCH - Applications processed as housing becomes available - Non-discriminatory practices in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws Required Documentation for Housing Application 1. Personal Identification - Bring birth certificate and social security card for all potential lease individuals - Government-issued photo identification 2. Current Police Report - Must be an original BLUE report issued within the last 30 days 3.
