Affordable Living Community with Garage and Amenities - Built in 2015, our affordable living community offers spacious 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with the convenience of a garage. - Water, sewage, and trash are included in the rent. - Enjoy 24-hour emergency maintenance, a fitness center, lawn care and snow removal services, and on-site laundry facilities in our community. - Our pet-friendly community welcomes pets up to 25 lbs, with a one-time fee and additional monthly rent. - Each apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, a dishwasher, in-home washer/dryer, private entrance, private patios, refrigerator, stove, and walk-in closets in select homes. - To qualify for housing at our Tax Credit property, households must meet acceptance criteria based on credit, criminal background, and income. - All income and assets are verified by third parties. - The rent charged for qualified households with incomes below the Maximum Income Limit set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development is lower than conventional market-rate apartments. - Please contact us directly to inquire about availability and to see if you qualify to live in our community.
