When it comes to apartment amenities, we have spared no expense in ensuring your comfort. Our units feature attached garages, central air conditioning, a dishwasher, in-home washer/dryer, private patio, refrigerator, stove, and walk-in closets. We even take care of your water, sewer, and trash expenses, giving you one less thing to worry about. At Western Townhomes, we understand that finding a pet-friendly community can be a challenge. That's why we welcome up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 25 lbs each, for a one-time fee of $150. Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 and a $100 pet deposit.
